Planning an event from out of town is never easy, but their team went above and beyond every step of the way to make it as smooth and stress-free as possible. They were incredibly responsive, always quick to answer our emails and calls, and truly made us feel like we were in great hands from day one. We originally worked with Jamie, who was fantastic, and when our event grew in size and scope, Shannon B. stepped in and took the reins seamlessly. Shannon understood our vision completely and executed it better than we ever could have imagined. Her attention to detail, creativity, and calm professionalism made all the difference. Even up to the very last minute, Shannon and the team were flexible and proactive, helping us pivot to account for possible inclement weather without missing a beat. The tent and table settings were absolutely gorgeous, elegant, inviting, and exactly what we had hoped for. Our guests were blown away and could not stop complimenting how beautiful everything looked. If you're looking for a tent and party rental company that listens, cares, and delivers flawless results, look no further. We are beyond grateful for their dedication and can't recommend them highly enough!

Meghan and her team were incredible! We are so pleased with the tent they provided for our summer wedding. More importantly, we were impressed by their expertise and flexibility throughout the process, especially as our guest list evolved (final few months) and weather flucutated (final two days). Word-of-mouth recommendations were abundant and now having gone through the planning process with them, I can only reiterate the high praise of other upstate brides.

McCarthy’s, specifically Meghan, have been incredible. We recently rented a 60x100 tent, a smaller cocktail tent, kitchen appliances, tables, chairs, bars, a stage and dance floors. From start the finish, the process was seamless and fabulous. The tent looked incredible for our wedding and everything else was flawless! Meghan was so helpful making sure everything was accounted for! The set up crew was amazing. I would highly recommend!

We rented linens, silverware, and glassware from McCarthy’s for a recent styled shoot, and they were amazing to work with! Communication was easy and efficient from start to finish—they were quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. The rentals were high quality, beautifully clean, and exactly what we needed to bring our vision to life. McCarthy’s went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. I highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or event in the area!

We are so thrilled with the service from McCarthy Tents for our wedding on 5/31. Shannon was AMAZING to work with - very knowledgeable, professional, kind, caring, and attentive. We went with the clear top tent and also had a tented walkway and smaller tent as well. It was absolutely stunning!! The planning process was extensive but worth it and Shannon and her team did an excellent job helping me and my family navigate everything. The delivery teams that came to set up the tent, tables, and chairs were extremely professional and kind as well. They were trooper as it was raining during part of tent set up and did a wonderful job minimizing damage to the yard. I would highly recommend McCarthy Events!!!!! Thank you all so much!!!!

Ela managed the decorating for my daughter’s wedding reception in Hornell NY. Not only did she plan out the details on a Saturday morning with me, she also added last minute changes including redesign of the head table. The final result was above expectations including additional added touches we did not plan. Loved working with them and would recommend to anyone!

McCarthy tents and events is a great company to work with, they were very kind and responsive. They helped me choose the perfect tent for my wedding reception this past weekend, we had a large frame tent with cafe sidewalls and lights throughout, it was stunning exactly what we wanted for our day, the crew they had for set up amd takedown worked very efficiently!
