Please note, many of our linens are provided by a trusted trade partner. This means that all linens will be delivered to you pressed, folded and bagged. This will result in the linens having crease lines. These lines will relax over time, however some clients do opt to steam the linens themselves on site. We do not provide an on site steaming service.

Also, we need all final linen counts 2 weeks prior to the delivery date or will-call pickup date.
